Defines rules governing forum behavior, account responsibility, communication standards, topic creation, and moderation authority.
All users are responsible for understanding and complying with forum regulations. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.
These rules may be updated or supplemented. Moderators may determine punishments according to regulation guidelines. In certain forum sections, additional local rules may be established.
- The forum operates under a precedent-based system. If a violation is not explicitly described, punishment may still be applied with approval from Forum Administrator / Deputy Head Administrator / Head Administrator.
- Administration may remove or publicly highlight content violating forum rules at their discretion. Topics without serious violations may only be removed with approval from Forum Administrator / Section Curator / Deputy Head Administrator / Head Administrator.
- Frequent forum violations may result in in-game penalties. Users are fully responsible for their accounts and all published content. Moderators may determine expiration periods for penalty points.

1. Penalty Point System
Penalty points accumulate across forum violations. Accumulated penalty points result in automatic sanctions:| Penalty Points | Consequence |

Moderators may determine expiration periods for penalty points. Frequent forum violations may also result in in-game penalties.
Penalty points may be combined with additional sanctions such as: content removal, temporary restrictions, account suspension, permanent ban.
Sanctions may be applied depending on severity of violation.

2. Account & Profile Restrictions
Selling or transferring an account to third parties is prohibited.If violated Account ban may be applied.
Impersonating another person on the forum is prohibited.
If violated Ban (5–30 days) or Account ban may be applied.
Having multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is prohibited.
If violated Ban of all accounts may be applied.
Usernames containing obscene or offensive language are prohibited.
If violated Nickname change or forum account ban may be applied.
Using links (text or graphic) that artificially increase reputation for oneself or another forum participant is prohibited.
If violated 20 penalty points, content removal, or temporary forum account restriction until correction may be applied.
Profiles, banners, avatars, signatures, statuses, and profile messages may not contain:

Content offering payment for complaint removal or setting prices for complaint deletion is prohibited in: profiles, avatars, signatures, statuses, topics, comments.
If violated 5–10 penalty points and content removal may be applied.
Private messages are not subject to moderation.
If violated Ban (5–30 days) or PermBan may be applied.
Toxic or offensive content in signatures is prohibited, including references to relatives in offensive or ironic form.
If violated 10–30 penalty points and content removal may be applied.
3. Communitacion Standards
Communication on the forum must use internationally recognized languages.If violated 1–5 penalty points or content removal may be applied.
Insults, toxic behavior, or provoking insults are prohibited.
If violated 3–10 penalty points and content removal may be applied.
Real-life threats are prohibited.
If violated Ban (5–30 days) or PermBan and content removal may be applied.
References to relatives in insulting or ironic form are prohibited.
Provoking conflicts related to: political views, religion, nationality, race, ethnicity, language identity is prohibited.
If violated 15 penalty points, Ban (5–30 days), or PermBan may be applied.
Disguised insults in any language or offensive slang are prohibited.
Spam, flood, or meaningless messages are prohibited.
If violated 1–5 penalty points and content removal may be applied.
Administrator responses are also subject to this rule.
The publication of the following content is prohibited:

Publishing personal information of users is prohibited.

Encouraging other users to violate project rules is prohibited.

Publishing knowingly false information that misleads players or administration is prohibited.
If violated 10 penalty points and content removal may be applied.
Encouraging violation of laws of any country related to the project is prohibited.
If violated Forum account ban and content removal may be applied.
Selling, transferring, or exchanging accounts, property, or in-game assets is prohibited.
If violated Forum account ban or Game account ban may be applied.
Disrespectful behavior toward administration or insulting the project is prohibited.
If violated Ban (5–30 days) or PermBan may be applied.
Publishing internal project or administration information is prohibited.
If violated 10–50 penalty points, Ban (5–30 days), or PermBan and content removal may be applied.
Includes information from: discord, forum, private messages, internal communication.
4. Topic Creation Rules
Creating spam topics, meaningless topics, or joke topics is prohibited.If violated 15 penalty points and topic deletion may be applied.
Duplicate topics or topics referring to the same RP situation are prohibited.
If violated 10 penalty points or Ban (5–15 days) may be applied.
Deleting evidence from the Complaints section earlier than 48 hours after complaint review is prohibited.
If violated Forum account ban (15 days) may be applied.
Parasitic forum activity is prohibited.
